LIVING LIGHTNESS THROUGH CHOREOGRAPHY
This Project is a combination of the Mambo Mechanics Study Program & a Choreography LAB specifically tailored to dancers of all levels. In this artistic project, we will create an elegant Mambo Fusion choreography together, drawing from Mambo, Afro-Cuban, Contemporary and more.
“Voy Subiendo” tells the story of lightness and liberation: leaving the heavy backpack behind and rising to new heights. Through detailed technique and expressive work, we’ll build the choreography while developing body movement tools and a deeper connection to flow, joy, and perspective.

Artistic Expression
Discover your unique voice through movement. Let the choreography become a mirror of your inner world. Your body holds stories words cannot tell. Through choreography, we give shape to what moves inside.
Embodied Confidence
Move from within. Build trust in your body, your instincts, and your presence, on stage and in life. Confidence lives in the body. It grows each time you choose to stay. Stay with the rhythm, stay with the breath, stay with yourself. We practice meeting the moment fully, and letting that be enough.
Self-Compassion & Courage
Embrace your vulnerability as a source of power. Show up as you are, and learn to stay with yourself even in discomfort. This space invites all of you: the tender, the unsure, the brave. We move with care. We build the courage to be seen. The goal is not to become someone else. But to stand truthfully in who we are.
Collective Synergy
Become part of something larger than yourself. Learn to listen, support, and co-create with others through shared rhythm and presence. Dance is not something we do alone. We listen to each other, through timing, energy, and silence. The group becomes a pulse, a net, a current we move within. Something larger holds us.
Creative Risk & Transformation
Step beyond what feels safe or known. Allow yourself to be changed by the process, artistically, emotionally, and as a human being. Each rehearsal is a threshold. As we explore new ways of moving and being, we let go of what no longer fits. Creation becomes a doorway to transformation.
