Don´t just dance, study and dive deep into an intense process of learning the beautiful art of dance. In this LAB, we will put a deep focus on the foundations of the Salsa & Mambo Footwork ABC. You will learn the most important Mambo Footwork Structures to enrich your social dance repertoire, musicality and coordination. Through a clear and individualized teaching technique, you will improve coordination and start to flow and experience your body in a new way. Let´s explore together and find some new inspiration!

What we will work on in this LAB

Mambo ABC

This will be the main topic of this 3 hour laboratory! Learn all the important structures of the Mambo Footwork ABC. Enrich your repertoire and learn faster in the future.
Basic Structures and Variations

We will learn some of the most important structures that Salsa and Mambo are built on and explore "la cadencia tipica", all with the intention of building a strong foundation so you can free your creativity on the social dancefloor.
Implementation

As a last step, we will put it all together and dance our hearts out to some of the classic Mambo tunes.
